Privacy Statement

1. Who is responsible

Senden System Engineering (Stef Senden), [BUSINESS ADDRESS — TODO: fill before launch], [email protected], is the controller for the personal data processed through this website.

2. What is collected, and when

The only personal data this site collects is what you enter in the contact form: your name, email address, message, and optionally your company name. The site uses no analytics, no tracking or advertising cookies, and no third-party fonts or scripts — nothing is gathered as you browse.

3. Why, and on what basis

This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before any agreement) and Article 6(1)(f) (the legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

4. Spam protection

To keep the form free of automated abuse it uses Cloudflare Turnstile. To tell humans from bots, Turnstile evaluates technical information from your browser — such as your IP address, time on the page, and mouse movements — and sends it to Cloudflare. It does not use tracking cookies for this. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the legitimate interest in stopping spam). See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details.

5. Who else processes your data

• Cloudflare — hosting, the spam check (Turnstile), and email routing; may process data in the US under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Resend — delivers your message to me by email; stores data in the US and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, with Standard Contractual Clauses in its agreement as well.

A data processing agreement is in place with each provider.

6. How long it is kept

Your message arrives as an email and stays in my inbox only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. There is no database; nothing is stored elsewhere.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, delete, or restrict your data, object to processing, and request portability. To do any of these, email [email protected]. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
